In listening and understanding what the client’s specific needs are, we determine which solutions are necessary in the design process. Through 3D visuals and finishes boards we allow the client to visualize this new interior space.

Design Documentation and Specification

Once the concept is approved, the design is refined to make the environment functional, aesthetically pleasing and cost effective. Detailed drawings and finishes are done in order to bring the concept into a practical reality. Surveys are done and budgets prepared..

Procurement

Our buyer then sources the materials at the most cost-effective price, the materials are procured and delivered for manufacture to client’s specifications.

Contract Administration & Management

A timing schedule is drawn up in order to ensure deadlines are met. If necessary, we will appoint reputable tradesmen and manage them as a part of our team. Our In- house manufacturing facility guarantees that we have stringent control over the quality and timing of components and accessories produced. This enables us to manage the process efficiently and professionally to meet our client’s deadline.
